Refund & Return Policy

At HomeYardPro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items not due to shipping or manufacturer defects
- Custom or special-order products
- Gift cards
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@homeyardpro.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
